  • board: means the Indiana pesticide review board established by section 42 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 15-16-4-6
     (b) The board may meet at other times and at a location specified by the chairperson or a majority of the board.

     (c) The board shall publish the:

(1) minutes; and

(2) video;

of each meeting.
