Indiana Code 15-16-4-48. Board; information concerning pesticides

Sec. 48. The board may:

(1) collect;

board: means the Indiana pesticide review board established by section 42 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 15-16-4-6

(2) analyze; and

(3) interpret;

information on matters relating to the registration and use of pesticides.
