  • environment: includes water, air, land, and all plants and humans and other animals living in water, air, or on land and the interrelationships that exist among these. See Indiana Code 15-16-5-12
  • pesticide: means :

  • use: means an act of handling, releasing, or exposing individuals or the environment to a pesticide. See Indiana Code 15-16-5-36
   Sec. 35. As used in this chapter, “unreasonable adverse effects on the environment” means an unreasonable risk to humans or the environment, taking into account the economic, social, and environmental costs and benefits of the use of any pesticide.
