- immunization: means the treatment of an individual with a vaccine to produce immunity against COVID-19. See Indiana Code 16-39-11-2
Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “immunization passport” means written, electronic, or printed information regarding an individual’s immunization status against COVID-19.
