Terms Used In Indiana Code 23-17-28-3
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 3. Written notice by a domestic or foreign corporation to a member is effective when mailed, if correctly addressed to the member’s address shown in the corporation’s current record of members.
