Sec. 8. The committee shall consider each application and determine the following:
(2) The availability of sufficient money in the fund.
(1) The eligibility of the applicant for the grant program.

- committee: means the dental recruitment committee established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-14-5-1
- fund: refers to the Indiana dental recruitment fund established by section 5 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-14-5-2
