- Month: means a calendar month, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 3. The secretary shall receive and account for all money collected under this article and, at the end of each month, report to the state comptroller and deposit the money into the state general fund with the treasurer of state.
