- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 1. The procedures under IC 4-21.5 govern the board’s procedures for conducting disciplinary hearings and issuing subpoenas for witnesses and other evidence.
