Indiana Code 25-21.5-7-1. Issuance; certificate of registration for professional surveyors

Sec. 1. (a) The board shall issue a certificate of registration, upon the payment of the fee prescribed in this chapter, to an applicant who, in the opinion of the board, has satisfactorily met all requirements of this article.
(1) authorize the practice of surveying;
(b) A certificate of registration for professional surveying must:

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
(2) show the full name of the professional surveyor;
(3) bear a serial number and date; and
(4) be signed by each member and by the secretary under seal of the board.
(c) The issuance of a certificate by the board under this section is evidence that the named person is entitled to all the rights and privileges of a professional surveyor from the date on the certificate until the certificate expires or is revoked.
