Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-26-13-28
- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Board: means the Indiana board of pharmacy. See Indiana Code 25-26-13-2
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.

Sec. 28. At the request of the board, the attorney general in the name of the state shall apply for an injunction in the circuit court, superior court, or probate court of the county wherein a violation of this chapter is occurring.
