- remote dispensing facility: means a facility where prescription drugs are prepared or dispensed without the requirement of the use of an onsite pharmacist and where pharmacist supervision may be provided remotely. See Indiana Code 25-26-13.5-3
Sec. 13. A remote dispensing facility may not be open and employees may not have access to the facility when the supervising pharmacy is closed, unless a pharmacist is on duty at the remote dispensing facility.
