Indiana Code 25-26-23-6. Required board consultation with certain agencies and task force to promulgate rules

Sec. 6. The board shall consult with the following agencies and task force in promulgating rules under this chapter:

(1) The department of environmental management.

(2) The Indiana department of health.

(3) The state police department.

(4) The Indiana hazardous waste task force.
