Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-34.1-9-4
- Commission: means the Indiana real estate commission. See Indiana Code 25-34.1-1-2
- council: refers to the real estate education advisory council established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-34.1-9-1
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 4. Each member of the council shall be appointed by the commission for a two (2) year term. If a successor has not been appointed, the current member serves until a successor is appointed and qualified.
