Terms Used In Indiana Code 30-4-7-2
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
Sec. 2. A compromise executed under this chapter is binding on all parties to the compromise, including a party represented by a guardian or guardian ad litem.
