Sec. 8. In addition to the duties imposed by section 7 of this chapter, the bureau shall do the following:
(2) Reimburse the department of workforce development for the administrative costs incurred by the department under IC 22-4-39.
(1) Notify the department of workforce development of the amounts to be deducted from an individual’s unemployment compensation, not to exceed the individual’s weekly benefit amount of unemployment compensation.
