Terms Used In Indiana Code 31-28-5-5

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
     (b) The provisions of IC 31-17-6 apply to a guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate appointed under this section.
