Sec. 10. A circuit court and superior court have concurrent original jurisdiction with the juvenile court, including the probate court described in IC 33-31-1-9(b), for the purpose of establishing the paternity of a child in a proceeding under:
(2) IC 31-1.5 (before its repeal); or
(1) IC 31-18.5;
