- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
Sec. 7. The juvenile court may order each parent, guardian, or custodian of the child to participate in any aspect of the child’s treatment under section 5 or 6 of this chapter.
