Terms Used In Indiana Code 31-32-8-1

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
   Sec. 1. Except as provided in section 2 of this chapter, a change of judge may be granted only for good cause shown by affidavit filed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the fact-finding hearing.
