Sec. 20. (a) This section applies if the juvenile court has entered an order for suspension or invalidation of a driver’s license or a learner’s permit under section 17 of this chapter (or IC 31-6-4-15.9(f) before its repeal).
(1) rescind the order for suspension or invalidation; and
(b) Following a determination by the juvenile court that the child has removed or painted over the graffiti or has made other suitable restitution, the court may:

- juvenile: as used in this article means any person who is a minor under the law of the state of residence of the parent, guardian, person or agency entitled to the legal custody of such minor. See Indiana Code 31-37-23-1
- Restitution: The court-ordered payment of money by the defendant to the victim for damages caused by the criminal action.
(2) allow the child to receive a license or permit before the period of suspension or invalidation ends.
