Sec. 8. (a) Confinement under section 6(b)(2)(B) of this chapter may be continuous or intermittent, including confinement at night or on weekends.
(b) A child may not be sent to a juvenile detention facility that fails to meet standards established by law.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 31-37-19-8
- juvenile: as used in this article means any person who is a minor under the law of the state of residence of the parent, guardian, person or agency entitled to the legal custody of such minor. See Indiana Code 31-37-23-1
