Terms Used In Indiana Code 31-37-6-7

  • juvenile: as used in this article means any person who is a minor under the law of the state of residence of the parent, guardian, person or agency entitled to the legal custody of such minor. See Indiana Code 31-37-23-1
   Sec. 7. Upon the juvenile court’s own motion or upon the motion of the person representing the interests of the state, a child who has been released may be ordered to appear for an additional detention hearing.
