Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-38-13-1
- commission: means the commission on judicial qualifications described in Article 7, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana. See Indiana Code 33-38-13-2
- masters: means the special masters appointed by the chief justice upon request of the commission. See Indiana Code 33-38-13-6
Sec. 1. This chapter applies to all proceedings before the commission on judicial qualifications and masters involving the censure, retirement, or removal of justices of the supreme court and judges of the court of appeals, as provided by Article 7, Section 11 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
