Sec. 12. (a) A complaint filed with the commission must be in writing and directed to the commission or to any member of the commission.
(b) A specified form of complaint may not be required.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-38-13-12
- commission: means the commission on judicial qualifications described in Article 7, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana. See Indiana Code 33-38-13-2
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- in writing: include printing, lithographing, or other mode of representing words and letters. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
