Sec. 14. (a) Any citizen of Indiana may file with the commission a written and verified complaint on the judicial fitness of a judge of a superior, criminal, juvenile, or probate court of Indiana.
(b) A specified form of complaint may not be required.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-38-14-14
- commission: means the commission on judicial qualifications described in Article 7, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana. See Indiana Code 33-38-14-2
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- judge: means a judge of a superior or probate court. See Indiana Code 33-38-14-4
- Probate: Proving a will
- Verified: when applied to pleadings, means supported by oath or affirmation in writing. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
