- fund: means the local opioid settlement fund established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 4-12-16.3-1
- Settlement: Parties to a lawsuit resolve their difference without having a trial. Settlements often involve the payment of compensation by one party in satisfaction of the other party's claims.
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “fund” means the local opioid settlement fund established by section 2 of this chapter.
