Sec. 5. (a) IC 30-5 applies to a trustee exercising powers under this chapter.
(b) For purposes of IC 30-5, a trustee is an attorney in fact.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 4-35-12-5
- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
