Sec. 9.5. The:
(2) officers and employees of the authority; and
(1) members of the authority;
Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-1-17-9.5
- authority: refers to the Indiana stadium and convention building authority created by this chapter. See Indiana Code 5-1-17-1
- bonds: means bonds, notes, commercial paper, or other evidences of indebtedness. See Indiana Code 5-1-17-3
(3) executive director;
executing bonds, leases, obligations, or other agreements under this chapter are not subject to personal liability or accountability by reason of any act authorized by this chapter.
