Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-11-9-2
- state: means any board, commission, department, division, bureau, committee, agency, governmental subdivision, military body, authority, or other instrumentality of the state, but does not include a municipality. See Indiana Code 5-11-1-16
Sec. 2. On and after January 1, 1948, all accounts or vouchers of any political subdivision of the state for personal services of officers and employees shall be made in such form as may be prescribed by the state board of accounts.
