Sec. 3.2. (a) This section applies only to the governing body of a:
(2) charter school.
(1) school corporation; or

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(b) The governing body shall allow oral public comment at a meeting as set forth in section 3 of this chapter.
