- division: refers to the victim services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute. See Indiana Code 5-2-6.1-2
Sec. 20.5. The division shall deny an award of compensation under this chapter if the claimant fails to fully cooperate with the division in the review, investigation, and processing of the claim.
