- affidavit: means a written document that:
Indiana Code 14-25.5-1-1.5
- division: refers to the division of water of the department. See Indiana Code 14-25.5-1-2
- fund: means the water environmental fund established by Indiana Code 14-25.5-1-3
- Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Litigation: A case, controversy, or lawsuit. Participants (plaintiffs and defendants) in lawsuits are called litigants.
- Settlement: Parties to a lawsuit resolve their difference without having a trial. Settlements often involve the payment of compensation by one party in satisfaction of the other party's claims.
