- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Every peace officer shall give evidence, when called upon, of any facts within the peace officer’s knowledge tending to prove a violation of the provisions of this chapter.
