Terms Used In Iowa Code 225.32
- Court: shall mean and include any court upon which jurisdiction has been conferred to determine the liability of persons for the support of dependents. See Iowa Code 252A.2
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" may include the said district and territories. See Iowa Code 4.1
One of the duplicate reports shall be sent to the state psychiatric hospital with the patient, together with a certified copy of the order of the court.
