Terms Used In Iowa Code 352.8
- Agricultural area: means an area meeting the qualifications of section 352. See Iowa Code 352.2
- County board: means the county board of supervisors. See Iowa Code 352.2
- Officer: means a natural person elected or appointed to a fixed term and exercising some portion of the power of a city. See Iowa Code 362.2
Upon the creation or expansion of an agricultural area, its description shall be filed by the county board with the county auditor and placed on record with the recording officer in the county.
