Terms Used In Iowa Code 421.14
- Business: means any trade, occupation, activity, or enterprise engaged in for the purpose of selling or distributing tobacco products in this state. See Iowa Code 453A.42
- Director: means the director of the department of revenue. See Iowa Code 453A.42
The director shall have power to establish all needful rules not inconsistent with law for the orderly and methodical performance of the director’s duties, and to require the observance of such rules by those having business with or appearing before the department.
