Terms Used In Iowa Code 43.19

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
 The affidavit provided in section 43.18 shall be filed with the nomination papers when such papers are required; otherwise alone.
