Terms Used In Iowa Code 48A.17
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
A person who meets the qualifications to vote may appear in person at the office of the county commissioner of registration and apply to register to vote.
