Terms Used In Iowa Code 8E.205
- Enterprise strategic plan: means the strategic plan for the executive branch of state government adopted pursuant to section 8E. See Iowa Code 8E.103
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" may include the said district and territories. See Iowa Code 4.1
- Strategic plan: means an enterprise strategic plan or an agency strategic plan. See Iowa Code 8E.103
The enterprise strategic plan shall identify major policy goals of the state. The enterprise strategic plan shall also describe multiagency strategies to achieve major policy goals, and establish the means to gauge progress toward achieving the major policy goals.
