  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

Such contracting city may thereby obligate itself to reimburse the United States of America such portion of the cost of such storage and distribution facilities including interest thereon, as may be determined by such city and the United States of America to be allocable to the municipal water supply furnished. Such contract for reimbursement may extend over such period of years as is permissible under applicable federal laws and regulations and as shall be agreed to by the governing body of such city.
