Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-825i
- Authority: means the natural gas authority authorized under this act. See Kansas Statutes 12-870
- Board: means the members of the authority. See Kansas Statutes 12-870
- City: means any city in this state. See Kansas Statutes 12-870
The authority to establish and operate such a foreign-trade zone may be delegated by ordinance by the governing body of a city to a board of public utilities in any city having such board.
