Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-852
- system: means all contracts for the purchase of natural gas at the wellhead, contracts for the transmission and processing of natural gas, contracts for the sale and delivery of natural gas to consumers, contracts for the sale for resale and delivery of natural gas to distributors, and all other contracts made under authority of this act by the city or the authority, together with all expenditures for obligations under such contracts and all receipts from the sale or other disposition of natural gas and other products pursuant to such contracts. All cities of the second and third class which have impounded water, or may hereafter do so, for its waterworks system and public water supply are hereby granted the right to have such water flow down any natural watercourse to its waterworks system intake.
