- system: means all contracts for the purchase of natural gas at the wellhead, contracts for the transmission and processing of natural gas, contracts for the sale and delivery of natural gas to consumers, contracts for the sale for resale and delivery of natural gas to distributors, and all other contracts made under authority of this act by the city or the authority, together with all expenditures for obligations under such contracts and all receipts from the sale or other disposition of natural gas and other products pursuant to such contracts. Upon the establishment of the water and sewage system the current operating funds of or budgeted for the two systems shall be transferred to a “water and sewage fund” and thereafter all revenue collected for such water and sewage system shall be credited to such fund for the use of such water and sewage system.
