Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 13-1228c
- Decision: means any rate decision of the board made pursuant to Kan. See Kansas Statutes 13-1228b
- Party: means any affected utility customer who intervened at the public hearing of the board held pursuant to Kan. See Kansas Statutes 13-1228b
Not later than 30 days after the decision of the board is rendered on a proposed rate increase pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 13-1227 or 13-1228, any party may apply to the district court in the county in which the utility’s administrative offices are located for a review of the decision.
