Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 17-12a,205
- Administrator: means the securities commissioner of Kansas, appointed as provided in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 17-12a,102
- Filing: means the receipt under this act of a record by the administrator or a designee of the administrator. See Kansas Statutes 17-12a,102
- Rules: when used in the context of the rules adopted by the administrator, means rules and regulations adopted by the administrator pursuant to this act. See Kansas Statutes 17-12a,102
The administrator may by rules and regulations set a fee not to exceed $2,500 for an application or filing made in connection with any exemption from securities registration.
