Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-3529
- District: means the water supply district organized pursuant to this act; "board" means the board of county commissioners of Johnson county; "general manager" means the general manager of the water supply district appointed by the board as provided in this act; "county" means Johnson county, Kansas. See Kansas Statutes 19-3522
The governing body of the district shall elect one of its members as president of the district. The county clerk and county treasurer of Johnson county shall be secretary and treasurer, respectively, of the district.
