Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-3556
- District: means the water supply district organized pursuant to this act; "board" means the board of county commissioners of Johnson county; "general manager" means the general manager of the water supply district appointed by the board as provided in this act; "county" means Johnson county, Kansas. See Kansas Statutes 19-3522
This act may be known and cited as the public wholesale water supply district act.
