  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

The airport authority may contract with any person, firm, corporation or governmental entity for the transaction of its business and may appoint, employ and discharge such agents, consultants, employees and servants as it may deem necessary and fix the duties and compensation of all such appointees and require any of them to give security for the faithful performance of their duties.
