Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 3-307d

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.

Whenever public airports are acquired, constructed or operated pursuant to provisions of this act, or this act as amended, said public airports shall thereafter remain under the jurisdiction of the board of county commissioners notwithstanding subsequent annexation of said public airports by a city.
