The home herein provided for shall be under the supervision of the board of county commissioners except as otherwise provided for in the provision of chapter 177*, Session Laws of 1907, entitled, “An act amendatory of and supplemental to chapter 190** of the Laws of 1905 entitled ‘An act to establish a juvenile court and to provide for dependent and neglected children,’ and chapter 190** of the laws of 1905.”
